We provide a variety of In-Home Support services to help disabled adults and children, and their families, to meet the challenges of daily life. These services are designed to assist disabled people of all ages and levels of ability to increase or maintain their independence by learning and mastering new skills, completing regular tasks and activities of daily living, exploring interests, engaging with others, and building social skills.
In-Home Support Services are typically available to anyone with an NDIS plan or funding. However, while all NDIS participants – both adults and children – are generally welcome to access In-Home Support Services and receive assistance with building daily living skills, the level of funding available to each person will vary, depending upon the terms of their NDIS plan.
While we love caring for your little sprouts, Support to Grow exists to provide support to any person who has alternate needs – young or old.
Our amazing disability support workers are carefully chosen to make a positive difference in your everyday life, and we aim to allocate a support worker who matches your needs and preferences, so you feel comfortable and empowered to set (and smash) your goals.
